About the Role

We’re looking for a Research Analyst to join our Southeast Asia (SEA) Report Production team. This home-based role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in news, current affairs, and social trends. As a Research Analyst, you'll produce accurate and insightful reports for clients by analyzing data, ensuring quality and timeliness, and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality reports aligned with client requirements and internal standards

  • Meet all deadlines and proactively avoid preventable delays

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned accounts and ensure accurate, relevant content coverage

  • Suggest innovations and improvements to increase report efficiency

  • Follow company policies and values, working collaboratively with team members

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or related field

  • Experience: 1–2 years in research or data analysis, with knowledge of socio-political and economic trends

  • Skills:

    • Excellent reading comprehension and writing/editing skills in business English

    • Strong time management and organizational skills

    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

    • Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and analysis tools

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams
