The primary role of daily media is:

1. Process and ensure the quality of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on mainstream media, following the general and per-account requirements
2. Deliver high-quality translations/briefs for a variety of media and specialized content.

Main duties and responsibilities

Ensure Report Quality

- Oversee the processing and completion of reports within designated timeframes (daily, weekly, monthly).

- Align reports with established standards for visuals and content.

- Ensure that relevant news is not overlooked during cut-off periods.

- Provide accurate and culturally appropriate full translations (English to Vietnamese and Vietnamese to English) for specialized content.

Communication with Other Departments

- Actively communicate and present issues/findings related to accounts to the responsible departments (typically the Account Management Team).

- Report any system issues to team leaders/managers in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their specific requirements and deliver reports and translations that meet their needs.

Responsiveness to Client and Manager Feedback

- Provide prompt responses to reasonable client requests.

- Follow the guidance of managers and team leaders to address problems or enhance report quality.

Compliance

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

To excel in the role of Daily media reporter, candidates should:

Hold a degree in marketing, communications, or a related business field.

Have at least one year of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar area.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).

Possess strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.

Have fluency in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent reading, writing, and translation skills
