Key Responsibilities
Editorial Excellence: Curate and edit daily briefings that highlight critical and relevant coverage. Ensure all reports meet strict grammatical, style, and formatting parameters.
Deadline Management: Deliver all assigned briefings according to the scheduled roster and specific delivery times.
Quality Control: Adhere to tailored client guidelines and selection criteria to ensure the briefing meets its intended purpose for the target audience.
Adaptive Improvement: Incorporate feedback from managers and clients into your daily practice immediately and thoroughly.
Systems Proficiency: Maintain a solid understanding of internal platforms and systems to ensure efficient production.
Proactive Communication: Alert Team Leaders to any production issues, potential delays, or available capacity within your shift.
Requirements
Education: Tertiary degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Exceptional English Skills: Professional-level English literacy with an uncompromising focus on spelling, grammar, and style.
Technical Speed: Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute and intermediate computer literacy.
Research & Proofreading: Competent in online research with a "laser focus" on proofreading accuracy.
Professional Resilience: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without constant supervision.
