The Role
Based in Manila with a hybrid work arrangement, the Insights Manager is at the heart of data-driven decision-making. You will lead a team of analysts to transform complex social and mainstream media data into clear, actionable insights for leading global brands. You are accountable for insight quality, team performance, client satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Insights Analysts to consistently deliver high-quality reports and presentations.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve the efficiency, speed, and consistency of insight delivery.
Manage a personal portfolio of clients and projects, supporting pitches and presenting high-level media analysis to clients.
Set clear expectations for quality and productivity while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
Requirements
Strong English proficiency with clear, precise writing skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in data tools, including visualization, dashboards, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables), and AI or automation tools.
Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, or mentoring team members.
Experience in market research, data analytics, media monitoring, or journalism, with an understanding of social media.
