Business Development Representative

The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are the engine of our growth. Sitting within our Commercial function, your primary mission is to hunt for and source new business opportunities across defined regions and verticals for our core products: Isentia and Pulsar.
You won't be doing this alone. You’ll be backed by a modern tech stack, a dedicated sales enablement team, and ongoing professional training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities using a multi-channel approach (Phone, Email, LinkedIn, Video, and Events).
Pitching: Confidently articulate Pulsar & Isentia’s value proposition to high-level stakeholders.
Qualification: Use sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC) to identify client pain points and challenges.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Reps and Managers to set up high-value meetings and build a healthy pipeline.
About You
We are looking for a target-driven self-starter who is persuasive, persistent, and genuinely curious about the media and tech landscape.
Experience: Minimum 24 months of experience in an outbound SaaS sales role (required).
The "Hunter" Mentality: You are comfortable with cold prospecting and have a "get it done" attitude.
Communication: You are articulate with an excellent telephone manner and strong written skills.
Organized: You can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
