The AI Data Analyst is a unique, high-impact role designed for a data-driven professional who is passionate about the intersection of advanced analytics and ethical AI governance. You won’t just be processing data—you will be the frontline defender of Responsible AI, ensuring our Generative AI implementations are accurate, ethical, and transformative. If you want to revolutionize research workflows while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, this is your stage.

Your Mission

  • AI Command & Quality Control: Harness modern GenAI models to process and analyze massive datasets. You will be the final authority on AI-generated outputs, ensuring sentiment analysis and topic categorization meet our "gold standard" for client reports.

  • Ethical AI Governance: Act as our guardian of integrity. You will actively monitor for bias, hallucinations, and privacy risks, helping to build the frameworks that keep AI safe and compliant.

  • Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Get hands-on with LLMs. You will design, test, and document advanced prompts to automate workflows, turning "raw" AI into a precision tool.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Bridge the gap between Engineering and Account Management. You’ll translate complex AI-driven data into stunning visualizations that tell a compelling story for our clients.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Communications.

  • The Mindset: A rare mix of curiosity and skepticism. You can spot a "hallucination" in a sea of text and have a hawk-eye for detail.

  • AI Literacy: You are a power user of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and understand the nuances of prompt engineering and data privacy.

  • Technical Chops: Proficiency in Excel (X-Lookups/Pivots) is a must; basic SQL or Python is a major plus.

  • Fresh Perspectives: We love Fresh Graduates! If you have a standout internship or academic project involving machine learning or data governance, we want to see it.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.

  • Knowledge of Python or SQL for automation scripting.
