Broadcast Administrator
The Opportunity
Are you looking to take the next step in your career within media operations? The APAC Broadcast Management Team is seeking a highly organized ANZ Broadcast Administrator to join our regional operations.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Broadcast Administration Team, taking ownership of the critical data and systems that power our broadcast and media tracking workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your organizational skills, coordinate across cross-functional regional teams, and directly impact the delivery of high-quality media intelligence and broadcast products to our premier clients in Australia and New Zealand.
Your Mission
Operations & System Administration: Oversee the administration, management, and quality control of broadcast media content while supporting day-to-day data operations.
Data Curation for AI: Collate, tag, and prepare media data to support and train modern machine learning and AI models, including the hands-on maintenance of key metadata libraries and advertising databases.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate directly with Account Executives, Customer Experience Teams, Media Monitors, and Copyright Compliance teams across the APAC region to handle client data requests efficiently.
Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends by adapting to new technologies, contributing to process improvement projects, and ensuring data workflows remain agile.
Feedback & Quality Loop: Actively communicate updates and address data quality and accuracy concerns raised by various regional stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For (Role Requirements)
Experience & Domain Knowledge
Media & Broadcast Savvy: A detailed understanding of broadcast media landscapes, programming nuances, and media tracking workflows, specifically for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) markets.
Research & Monitoring Chops: A proven ability to conduct in-depth research and monitor various media platforms (TV, radio, podcasts, online news, and social media analytics).
Work Workspace & Infrastructure: A reliable, high-speed internet connection at home to support a fully remote workflow, with the flexibility to attend the Manila office if required.
Skills & Competencies
Flawless Communication Skills: Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills with strong mastery of the English language, as you will be dealing directly with ANZ media contexts and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in troubleshooting data errors, identifying process vulnerabilities, and resolving operational bottlenecks under tight turnarounds.
Organizational Agility: Highly structured with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-volume tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, or other similar courses.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
High proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs).
Interpersonal Skills: A detail-oriented team player with a "can-do" attitude and a proactive mindset.
Preferably resides in Metro Manila and the nearby provinces
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12pm-9pm PHT (during non-DST months)/11am-8pm PHT (during non-DST months)
