Account Executive
Overall job purpose:
Account Executive is responsible for achieving client satisfaction and client retention for their designated clients by providing the best level of support and service to our clients. Account Executive will build ‘trusted advisor’ partner relationships with a view to retention whilst maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor in any field (preferred from public relations, communications, and management).
Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
Able to work independently and also work as a team.
Computer Literacy and with standard ability to use Google Suite.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English both oral and written.
Job Role:
Provide solutions for client queries, problems solving, trouble-shooting and collaboration with internal stakeholders for client resolutions.
Accurate and timely collection and communication of data; market intelligence, client feedback. Maintain up to date knowledge of new social media technology and platforms.
Demonstrates a well-enhanced news sense and media-savviness to support clients expectations and meets service level agreements.

Deliver prepared sales talks, acquitting client needs, reading from scripts that describe products or service in order to convince potential customers to purchase a product or service.
